01 Staff & Administrative Guidelines

⚖️ Staff Reservations

Staff members (Owner, Director, Management, Senior Administrators) reserve the right to take corrective action against any individual encouraging or participating in actions that negatively impact the community experience.

⚠️ Corrective Actions

Rule violations including inappropriate behavior, RDM, VDM, Metagaming, Low Quality RP, FailRP, and NVL will be handled according to staff guidelines. Repeated violations result in:

Extended ban periods
Permanent ban from server
Removal from Discord community

🚫 Staff Disrespect

Any form of staff disrespect is not tolerated. First offense results in a ban. Continued disrespect leads to permanent ban and Discord removal. Impersonating staff members results in immediate permanent ban.

💰 Real Money Trading

Selling in-game money or items for real-life currency is permanently banned and not appealable.

📹 Streaming & Recording

When staff speaks with you in a call while streaming or recording, you must pause your stream, mute all audio, and end recordings out of respect.

📢 Reporting Rule Breaks

If someone breaks a rule, clip the situation and submit a ticket to staff. Use /report in-game. Do not moderate your own scenes.

🚫 Hate Speech & Slurs

Slurs and hate speech are strictly prohibited. This includes all offensive and derogatory terms, homophobic comments, transphobic comments, racist comments, and racist slurs. Zero tolerance policy.

02 Roleplay Standards

💬 Out of Character (OOC)

You cannot talk OOC in the city (discussing real-life matters in-game). First violation results in a warning. Severe OOC or continuous violations result in bans.

🔍 Metagaming

You cannot use information obtained outside your character in roleplay. This includes third-party software such as Discord, Twitch, Kick, TikTok streams, etc. Knowledge from external sources cannot be used to create interactions or events.

🚪 Combat Logging

You cannot disconnect (F8) during an active scene. Leaving a scene to avoid interaction will result in an immediate ban.

🔄 Server Restart

Using a crash to your advantage is not tolerated. If your game crashes:

Post a screenshot of crash report in #crash-logs (Development section)
Return immediately to conclude the scene
Refusing to continue or storing items before returning is treated as combat logging

⚡ Power Gaming

You cannot abuse game mechanics, bugs, or unintended features. Examples include:

Using escort feature to place individuals in unreachable locations
Carrying multiple people (chaining method)
Storing/pulling vehicles during pursuits
Running into your house during active interactions
Using ID feature to gain meta information
Talking/organizing while downed
Flat backing for advantages
Transferring money/cars/MLOs between your own characters
Using /help to get revived in scenes

💀 Value of Life (NVL)

Your character must value their life in dangerous situations:

Comply with demands when a gun is pointed at you
If in a stationary vehicle with demands to exit, you must comply
If your gun is out before theirs, you must comply with the 2-minute interaction timer
Cannot pull weapons when a gun is already aimed at you

😡 OOC Targeting / Toxicity

Everything in the city stays in the city. Taking IC matters OOC with malicious intent is prohibited:

Repeatedly contacting individuals to bother, insult, or harass
Influencing others against someone with malicious intent
Messaging OOC about in-city events on Discord, Twitch, Instagram, etc.

Violations result in bans. Severity may warrant permanent bans.

03 Combat & Interaction Rules

🔫 Random Death Match (RDM)

All interactions must be hostile before anyone is harmed:

Cannot randomly shoot people without interaction
Must have a valid reason to kill someone
Being ignored is not a valid reason for violence

🚗 Vehicle Death Match (VDM)

You cannot run someone over with your vehicle in any situation.

👮 Cop Baiting

Forcing police chases or jail sentences is prohibited:

No hitting cop cars intentionally
No announcing criminal activities to police
Do not steal cop cars or ambulances
Do not impersonate police or EMS
Telling officers how to police is low-quality RP

04 Zone Rules & Harassment

🟢 Green Zones

Hospitals are GREEN ZONES:

No violence or hostile actions
No faction activity allowed
Toxicity at hospitals results in server ban

🟡 Yellow Zones

Businesses are YELLOW ZONES:

Wearing faction colors/identifiers on the clock puts you and the business at risk
Opposing factions must ask individuals in colors to leave 3 TIMES before getting hostile

🚫 Harassment

Harassment in any form is prohibited and may result in immediate permanent ban:

Killing someone repeatedly out of personal dislike
Following/stalking with no RP intent
Calling anyone slurs or derogatory words (PERMANENT BAN)
Messaging outside of roleplay
Sexual harassment - remarks, acts, noises without consent (PERMANENT BAN)
DMing about in-city situations is NOT allowed

⚠️ Excessive Toxicity

Excessive toxicity is not tolerated. Examples include:

Mag dumping bodies excessively
Running over bodies as a display
Teabagging, emoting, or dancing on downed players
Picking up people and driving around unnecessarily
Taking photos of dead bodies and posting them

🌑 Dark Roleplay

Consent required before dark RP. If someone asks you to stop, you must stop immediately:

Body part removal requires OOC consent
Absolutely no necrophilia roleplay
No suicide roleplay
No non-consensual sexual roleplay

📖 Rule Splaining

Telling people what rules they're breaking during a scene is prohibited. Stay in character and report violations to staff with clips.

05 Exploits & Modifications

🐛 Exploiting

Intentionally using exploits for unintended advantages is banned. Report exploits to staff immediately. Using known exploits results in ban.

⚙️ Modding

Using injectors or modification clients results in immediate ban. Knowing about mod usage and failing to report may result in ban by association.

📁 Altered Files

Using altered files is prohibited:

Certain texture packs
No fog modifications
No vegetation removal
Transparent or removed ocean
Tracers
Modified sound effects (e.g., loud footsteps)
Flawless modifications
Stretched FOVs

06 Heists, Robberies & Criminal Activity

💎 Heist Rules

Cannot coordinate multiple heists simultaneously
Cannot interfere with ongoing heists
Cannot start heists 30 minutes before or after tsunami
Cannot camp heists before 30-minute timer
1 hostage, 1 demand per heist (Casino: 2 hostages, 1 demand each)

Bank Truck Robbery - 2 max (coming soon)
ATM Robbery - 3 max
House Robbery - 3 max
Store Robbery - 3 max
Trap House Robbery - 4 max
Fleeca Robbery - 4 max

💰 Robbery Rules

Can rob people who are downed
Remember events leading to injury if brought to hospital or robbed (not if respawned)
Cannot hold E until scene completely ends
Cannot rob random downed players without prior scene
Must have valid reason to rob
Cannot pocket wipe (illegal items only)
Cannot rob in GREEN ZONES

👮 Police & EMS Interactions

Police:

Can only rob illegal items from officers (no PD equipment)
Can take officers hostage (minimum 5 cops on duty)
PD may use all means necessary to rescue officers

EMS:

Can take on-duty EMS hostage (minimum 3 EMS on duty)
Cannot call EMS with intent to take hostage
Cannot take EMS from active scenes

🎭 Hostage & Kidnapping

Cannot use fake hostages (gang/group members)
Cannot rob or kill hostages used for heists
Cannot store items on hostages then rob them later

🚫 Scene Interference

Cannot force yourself into storylines/scenes you don't belong to:

Cannot intervene in claimed heists
Cannot intervene in active police chases
Cannot intervene in shootouts that don't involve you
Cannot intervene in police scenes unrelated to you

💸 Scamming

Scamming is allowed within the city
Cannot scam new players
Cannot scam same person multiple times
Must wait 1 hour between scamming different people

🏝️ Island KOS Rules

Both islands are Kill On Sight (KOS) zones. KOS begins when you reach land. You cannot shoot approaching boats/helicopters/cars - KOS starts only when all players are on the island.
